Quick Fix Tuesday

Fast fix for short problems
Button da’ button: Every time you buy a pair of pants or blouse you get an extra button and have no idea where to put it, stop; don’t throw it out! Pick a jar or container to store those buttons, place it in the laundry room or a drawer in your closet.
Out Darn Spot: create a stain fighter kit. Invest in a plastic box to stash in your laundry room, in it put; a lint roller, static guard, safety pins, straight pins, shout out wipes, dryer sheets, and stain remover spray, wax paper, dress tape, mole skin, band aids, white vinegar, talcum (baby powder.)
Can-Do- Exercise: To coral excursive equipment, try a metal wire trash basket. The holes allow the equipment to breath. The length helps to house long yoga mats.
Save cabinet room, place a plastic box to toss snacks when you have two or three left in a box you can condense and toss the box, Or just place all snacks in the container and toss the boxes immediately when you come home from the store.

Quick fixes are here to save your day!
I have a narrow bathtub ledge and not all the things I use fit on it. I also hate knocking everything off of the ledge when I am getting in and out. I saw this on another website and decided to try my own. I use this to house bathroom products, I like to use. Its also a new use for an old thing.

My nightstand does not have drawers and I keep a lot of night-time products beside my bed. I used to knock them over in the middle of the night. I decided this was the end of it. I bought this simple container to coral all the items. Its easy to hide when I have company and pack when I am leaving. If you lack a drawer to stash your things in, find a pretty box, or container to organize things you keep buy your bed. My mother also bought a bed skirt that had pockets in it. This is night because you cant tell they are there and are so easy to retrieve when needed.

Wood furniture, I cant think of anyone who doesn't own it. One of my favorite pieces I found on a Goodwill hunt. I got it for 40 dollars. It had several nicks and scrapes on the furniture. Its not a pretty picture, but luckily there is a fix for that. You can invest in markers that are created for touching up wood and disguising these things. Giving the furniture a pretty little face lift.
